*Gideon awakes from his long rest as he goes and washes in his fine bathroom inside of his Palace. He walks out and puts on his new fine clothes made from the best tailors of Asulon. Taking his holy engraves staff in hand he leaves his palace for Arethor with his many guards. After a long walk they finally come up to the main hall of the Arethor Keep, Gideon gestures for the guards to stay on the outside walls of the large and grand hall. It was morning when the royal messenger burst through the doors of the palace and ran into the dining hall where the royal family was eating their morning meal. The messenger bowed in a hurried manner, clearly out of breath, and approached King James. The exhausted messenger bowed again and held out the small missive in reaching distance from the King. It wasn't until the King finished his frosted flakes that he turned and scanned the messenger from head to toe and back up. King James decided that this man must be a low paid servant of the church due to his mangy appearance and ink stained hands.

King James finally took the missive and began to break the thick wax seal of the High Pontiff. He unraveled the scroll and quickly scanned and read the message before handing the scroll to his son, Lancel, to read. Once it was clear his son had finished reading it, James addressed the room with his clear Ian Mcdiarmid voice:

"It would seem that the High Pontiff has called a meeting for the discussion of a holy crusade."James then looked at his son and bannermen captain. "Assemble the entourage and bannermen, we leave on the morrow for Arethor." James then looked back to the messenger: "Tell the High Pontiff I will be in attendance."

The next day the large party of retainers and bannermen arrived in Arethor for the commencement of the meeting.

Before arriving at the meeting place, James ran into the entourage of his vassal, Duke Jack Amador of the Holy Lands. The two exchanged appropriate greetings and headed on together. James and Jack entered the meeting place, leaving most of their guards and servants outside. James then took one of the more prominent seats that were placed for the meeting.

As the nobility arrives, their bannermen and personal guards stand outside the keep. The stench in the air is horrid, smelling of ale and lack-of-hygiene. The bannermen closest to the keep are iron-clad, being the higher ranked men of the pack. They smell of good hygiene, and posh. Many peasants look on at the crowd of armed men, common squablle commencing.

"Oi, what doth thee believe they shalt speak of?," a curious bannerman of House Silverblade asks a man of Elendil. "I'm not sure myself," says the Elendil banner, shrugging.

The streets of Arethor fill with peasants, both men and women. Many of them are eager to learn of the keep's speak, the smell horrid in most places. The knights, banner, and peasants, all wait for nobility to finish.

Many of the nobility are just entering the city, the more richer ones riding in horse-drawn carriages. The bannermen and peasants cannot wait until the contents of the meeting are revealed, excitement showing.

* Divinus walks down the Arethor Keep, accompanied by two unknown men. As they enter the Grand Hall, Divinus acknowledges Gideon, and the other higher ups. He then begins to speak *

"Gideon, glad to see you. I bring my allies and friends with me."

* Motions to the one on his left *

"This is my ally and friend, Cailean Baelish, head of House Baelish. He's currently working something out to gain more ships for our cause."

* Divinus motions to his right *

"And this be my long friend, Balem Selin. He know's his way around a boat, and will help me lead the Crusade as Captain of Syrio's Beard."

* Gideon nods, and Divinus and his allies take a step back and wait for others to arrive. *

*Strife is met by a courier, and rips open the letter, smirking. He starts assembling his armor back, the metal plates locking together and clanging. He draws Dawnbreaker, and does a few practice swings, chuckling. He walks off to his wife, embracing her, and climbs atop his warhorse and gallops out of the manor stables. He stops the horse shortly to adjust his plague helmet, based off the TAC, and rides to Arethor. *

"God wills it!" he says, as he nears Arethor, wating for the next order.
