How and why was your House formed?:

-The house of Vlez'Shyrd was created by Tinost'i Dusrkyn, by the accumulation of allies, and money to be able to hire builders and buy materials to create a great house on the third tier of the city of Menorcress.

She created this house, seeking more power for herself, for she has always wanted more, and will always want more of it. She also wished to be able to control all the healers, as well as have more saying in what happened in the city, for she has never had much say in that, and wants to be able to control things.

The creation of a noble house, will help her achieve this, but the house was also created due to the voices in her head. For Tinost'i hears a voice she believe to be Nemiisae's echo through her head, and this voice has encourage her in her actions, only strengthening her resolve.

Dusky mauve and white. There house colors originate from the Ilharess’s personal likings, and the eye colors of both her and her “ex-“brother.

What does it mean, how is it relevant?

-It reflects the thoughts of the Ilharess, Tinost’i, for she is a perfectionist in the inside, always wanting the best of everything, and sometimes even wanting the best of things, that can simply not made better. It is a Motto, that simply means that those of her house must do their best in everything they do, always try to seek out every little detail and adjust it till it suits them. It is her firm belief that if something is perfect to the least detail, it will always work out well, be it a building, a plan for revenge, or anything else.

House Backstory/Lore (at least 4 paragraphs):

-Tinost’i had always wanted power, it was on of the thing that drove her on in her life, one of her main strength; Ambition. While the wounds she had received, had changed her deeply, inside as well as on the outside, her desire for power had not been altered. And she was frustrated, for she had been in House Duksryn for a couple years now, and yet she was still but a lowly rothe for the house, not gaining in power, nothing but a tool for the ones who held true power in the house. And this infuriated her, for she wanted more, but she felt inside of her that she could get no more power by staying simply as a lowly rothe in House Duskryn. While at first she could find no solution to this, after long periods of thinking, she finnaly alighted upon a very simply, yet effective plan; If she could get her brother to help her, she could make a House, a house of her own where she would have the power and the ability to command. And she adopted this plan with fierce energy for she knew it was the solution she had been looking for, and she would not let it fail. Even after a surprise rise in status in the Duskryn house, she was convinced she had to do this, the small voice that always whispered in her head had said it to her, and she would obey that voice, because the voice was always right, it was the voice of Nemiisae...Or so she believed.

And so it is that she slowly started to gather ressources for the creation of her house, both money and allies, slowly spreading the word of her idea in an attempt to gain the support of those she wished to help, and join her in her endeavor. She knew that when she had enough she would be able to start it, for with her allies would come power and money. But she still needed these allies very much, and it would be a hard battle to gather the necessary amount.

She would hire builders, and she would get the greatest house of Nobles yet, it would be perfect to the last detail, for it was the only thing she would accept.

Before the execution of her plans though, a new event came up, and that rocked her to her fondations. Her brother, in deep depression, had consumed one of the Magical Golden Apples, whiping his memory, and removing most of his knowledge.

With lies, and deceit, she was able to keep him in her house, never revealing to him the truth of his past, and even accomplishing a wish she had had for many years; to make him her own. For she had “loved” him for quite some time.

Tinost’i was aware she was going to have to do it all on her own, but after all, that had always been her favored method of action, and she did not flinch from the task that lay ahead of her. She would accomplish it, and she wouldn’t stop till it was done.

From that moment on, she knew they no longer would be a house of the guards, for he had lost all position with his memory.

Family distinctive features/appearance:

Most of them have pale violet iris’s with flashy white pupils. They also taint their hair mauve, to follow the house colors. There is nothing much more than this, though through the generations the eye color might become more and more purple. Though, with his memory whipe her brother lost his mauve color, to be replaced by golden. But the effects of this remain to be seen.

House aims and ambitions:

-Like most houses, they wish to achieve always more power, and dominate Menorcress, this ambition being fueled by the Ilharess own desires. They also wish to be able to control all healing done in the city, and be the main healing clan, thus having a steady income of money, and the ability to push some people around, and receive favors. For when you are the only ones with healers, most people do not want to cross you too much. The house also aims to be renowned as one of the most religious ones in Menorcress. It is also the ambition of the Ilharesse’s plan to be expand their alchemic knowledge, and developpe new sorts of brews, healing or noxious, as well as new types of “weaponry”, to sell, and make profit. As well as to advance the sacred city of Menorcress in power.

Would your House associate with any other Noble Houses?:

-She would, if it suited her purposes, but would prefer it stay in her own house if she has the possibility to do so. For while she does not truly hate any other house, she prefers for it all to stay in her own house, so she may control it, and the chances of something bad happening are lessened.

What would the relationship be to the other Houses?:

--While Tinost'i has left the Duskryn house, their mindset has stayed with her, and while she does not hate the other houses, she does dislike them slightly, and would rather not have to associate with them unless she it favors the development of her own house.

As for Duskryn house, she will do it more willingly with them, even if the Ilharess of the Duskryn house probably has much enemity for her.

How will you check that each House-member carries out his assigned duties?:

-Tinost'i is a perfectionist, and she will take it upon herself to make sure that everyone if doing what she wants them to do, how she wants them to do. If it does not satisfy her, she will either correct them herself or make her brother and the Kyorl's do it.

In cases of extreme disobedience, or betrayal, the punishments may vary from slightly to extreme torture. Maybe even death, and their is even the possibility of TInost'i taking the wrongdoer as one of her growing collection of dolls, if she finds him/her nice enough looking.

While she only expects perfection, she also gives second chances to her house members, if she judges that they deserve it.

Finally, any notes that you think are worth mentioning that haven’t been covered/asked here?:

I think their isn't much to add apart from the fact that for people who she judges should be kicked out of the Vlen'Shyrd, she will generally not leave them without a mark, so the other houses may know they have betrayed one house before, and it may be a risky enterprise to take them into their own house.

I am actually going to have to remove Sgwrclan and Pengipi, for one is in a coma, and another was permakilled.

Though worry not, I already have my plans for recruiting the 2 last. And yes, I think we can set up a chance meeting in Menor one of these days.
