From the Goldhand end of things if you have a good reason to be living in Kal'Anart then yes it's possible. If you want to live there 'just cause' then that might be more of an issue and there might be more clan pressure to live in Kal'Alras.

Honestly, it's up to you, there's already a lot of Grandaxes and people lined up to become Grandaxes at some point. A lot of Goldhands such as Alakabam and Stronghold RP in Kal'Anart anyway.
