[Watch it with the insults, keep it civil. I will state once again, for the third time now, the region under attack can be regioned off so that it wouldn't include the upper regions where the other fortress is located.]

[[sadly that is not how it works when you warclaima region. You MUST take the Whole Region, not only a part of it. I shall check to double check that.]]

[i was hoping that this could be avoided. But I guess we will have to take the whole region. Honestly, I don't care much about the land, I just don't want orcs building a fort-like structure that close to my hold.]

((Before you go directly to the fort, In my opinion you should do an open-field battle. I don't think you can just march into orcish land and siege our fort. WE should have an open field battle first between Bolvag-vend and Kal'anart))

how bout this. Open feild battle and if the dwarves win they can push towards the orcs in the same day/battle. All orcs or dwarves who die in the open battle cannot fight for the fort.))

Don't worry Teebrown, just friendly banter. I've got the utmost respect for my foes. I can have the fort regioned off and set up an area for an open field battle as well. How would you guys feel about some kind of two/three stage battle for shits and giggles? Conquest or not, it's just a fragment of land I'm willing scapegoat.

[ I find it silly we were fighting that we were having a battle before 5 days... and how we should try to take it over. ]

[if we would not region it off we could use Hiebe's idea of have two battles in the same day, allowing for people to fight in each battle once on the same day. One in the open field and one attacking the fort, if we where to win at the field. All agree?

Or we could have a few battles spread out through a one week period, kinda like the Alras battles.]

I would like one like the Alras, first the open field battle at the river, and then who wins takes the advantage of attack.

Or the Dwarves could start by the river and if the orcs want to run at them they could.

Dam, Now I can't come if it was on the 12th I could, but too bad for me. :(

((Do you mean; we attack the newly built fort day one, then an open field battle between the new fort and the fort on the large ridge to the north on day two, and finely attack the fort on the ridge to the north on day three? This seems like a fair compromise.))

((Also, if you think about it, if I saw someone building a fort right next to your fort, I would take immediate action. And to say that we need to take all the region behind the fort doesn't make much since RPly.))
