Why are you/your character starting this town? What role will it play?

Waterdeep is named after Naeyni's family name and will serve as a place were people of any race,alligiance,or belief can can come and expect fair treatment,gernerousity,were they fill find the gates never closed to their entry, a place were they have no reason to fear their neighbors or the town guard.Neayni first got the idea on a vist to Arethor,were he saw men engadged in a verbal argument with a kha.They said she should leave and never come back,when the ruffiants were asked why they responed with,"Because your a damn cat!",this disgusted Naeyni and when he related it to his brother he found a kindered spirit.With his brother to chop wood and him to mine the dream of their own town came closer to reality.Together they sought out the support of others to start their town.After a few years they have aquired all the needed support and need to get through a few more formalities to have their hardwork come to fruition.

What type of political system is enforced in this town? Is this town under the

reign of any other nation at this time?

No nation will rule at its founding Waterdeep,this may be subject to change.We are an oligarcy under the Council of the Wise,which will be comprised of the Lords of Waterdeeep and advisors brought with them.

What sort of behavior will residents exhibit? (Race relations, nation relations,

etc.) We stress the importance of neutrality to our citizens, to prevent fights and wars between nations due to thier treatment of members of diffrent nations,race and beliefs.We ask that all able men and women,of any race,living in our town dawn armor and stand ready to defend their homes,as well as those of their neighbors.Anyone in our town are considered citenzens of Waterdeep till they leave and expectations are extended to include them.

How is this settlement unique? What can it bring to Asulon? Keep in mind that we already have tons of towns and settlements. If you wish to rule a town just because you feel like it, you should try to get in charge of an existing settlement through RP, not make another random ghost town popping up every now and then.

What makes this town unique? I kept asking myself that question as I made this

Charter.I think what makes it unique is its devotion to the law,its open-mindedness,its unbias decision making, and its location.These four thing I believe make it special.

Now the big question, what dose it brings to Asulon? I believe it will bring a new beauty to the world.Its location provides a magnificant opportunity to experiance the natural side of Asulon.It will also sets the stage for some intense Rp,imagine a secret group of bandits forming under the lawful,criminally opressive Waterdeep guard,or ruffians attacking the lawful citizens.In addition it proveds new natural resources to be sold to the other Nations and towns about Asulon.
