Either way I dispute the time, date, and terms. We have to work out an agreement there before it can be accepted.

Mmm; the RP is fine. And, Nico paused this war claim, yes, because hw posted the RP thread. So; this shouldn't be nulled. If he makes a new warclaim, it'll be with the same time. So. . .

However; to save the QQ'ing of people, I'd like to see this pushed back to an appropriate time.

Being as most people are in school or work during that time, I suggest it be moved to September 8th at 6pm EST. This will allow for more time zones to be present as well.

((Honestly, I didn't have to actually change the Friday date, but since everyone complained so much I changed it. Now the problem is with school, meaning that this warclaim can not happen during any weekdays. This is a problem for me and a lot of my members as they are unable to make it during weekends making weekdays the only choice. Also, after asking majority of people involved it was agreed on my side that Tuesday 4pm is a good time.))

It will be on the 8th, that is when WE will be there. Be ready to fight on the 8th period.

This is happening on the 4th now. Falls within rules. If you want to have war on another day, you are free to make a warclaim but their RP reasoning is valid and Nico already moved it once for you.

Genrally Nico doesn't do this kind of thing and has remained very calm about this whole thing, talking to me in a polite manner, and about the date and such.

Honestly it doesn't matter if you will be there on the 8th ready to fight, he will have already went to war on the 4th.

It's really not your decision when he fights for his own warclaim, that's why we have them.
