To all engineers of the Dwarven Nation, as the new Master Engineer I am in the process of aquiring a place for a workshop. Once that is done we will begin work on new machines and creations to improve Dwarven society. For now I wish for all engineers to write a letter to me detailing what machines ye know how to build and any other engineering skills you posses. Also include information on any of your other skills.

~Dom Irongut, Master Engineer~

Tognik plays with a bit of the 'Redstone' dust in his hand, biting his bottom lip. He looks at the man, frowning slightly, as he decides what to do.

I am one skilled wit' t'is 'Reds'one', and know how ta bend me'als slightleh. I am no' one for re-crea'ing weaponry, I design new ones. I already have a few in developmen', but I will need t'e nations resources to design. Of course, I am new to the nation - It will take a while before I can gain the trust of such a nation. But, I can prove myself, with designs.

After seeing the poster, Strom quickly returns to Kal'Alras to write a letter. When he is done, he sends it off with a bird.

"Greetings Dom Irongut,

My name is Strom Boulderfoot and I live in Kal'Alras. My ancestors has always been great engineers and their blood runs in my veins. My family has been known for their great redstone locks and piston contraptions. They have also been great weapon producers for the dwarven empire and the old Alrasian empire, producing vital components for the now widely famous siege weapon known as the 'cannon', alongside many other genious creations. If you are interested in my skills, make sure to send a bird to Strom Boulderfoot in Kal'Alras. My primary skill would be Redstone technology.

-Strom"

*looks at the poster and smiles, and starts to write the letter. The letter reads...

I was taught to be an engineer by a dwarf named Cobler and a bit by Dom Irongut. I have only been an engineer for a bit now and hope to have a long life doing what I love to do.... make siege machines! I hope to make my own machines someday but for now I wish to improve our current ones. I love watching these things bust through the walls of a castle an such! I have many ideas on how to make the dwarven army even stronger! Thank you for your time!

*A gull sweeps down and drops a letter at the feet of Strom*

Dear Strom,

You sound like a capable lad. I would gladly have you as an Engineer of Karik. The workshop is still under construction. so for the time being come to Karik and secure you self a home and meet some of your fellow dwarfs.

~Dom Irongut~

*Another gull swoops down and drops a letter at the feet of Durrin*

Dear Durrin,

I would be happy to have you come and join the Engineers lad. If you have not moved to Karik do so soon.

Throrr sees the poster, thinks for a bit, and quickly pulls out some parchment and a quill.

Dear Dom,

My name is Throrr Irongut. You may have known my brother, Theor Irongut in the past. My father was a Engineer, not doing much redstone, instead, weaponry and machines. He taught me starting when I was a wee lad at age 12. When he died, I taught myself. I did however, take something with me over from Aegis to Asulon. My fathers plans for his weapons, mass weapons of war. The plans were for a Siege tower, capable of holding Dwarves in a platform, then the Siege tower docks on enemy walls and lets the Dwarves go out, onto them. And the second is for a replica of a giant crossbow, firing hooks and rocks at enemy walls. Of course, these could take years each to build, but I have the plans.

-Throrr Irongut

Throrr finishes writing, then thinks, wondering if he should give the secret of his fathers plans out so easy. He shrugs, then sends the letter in.
