Issued and confirmed by His Imperial Majesty the Holy Emperor of Oren, Godfrey I

At the will of His Imperial Majesty the Holy Emperor Godfrey I, the Empire is hereby declared in a state of Medium Crown Authority .

At the will of His Imperial Majesty the Holy Emperor Godfrey I, All bodied men shall either join the Lancels Of Oren or Any other Military Order.

At the will of His Imperial Majesty the Holy Emperor Godfrey I, the towns and cities of the Empire shall raise their milites from their citizens.

The State Of Medium Crown Authority hath been declared, because of the recent sightings of large flying beasts, suspected to be Dragons heading for Empire, we pray thee to be careful and stay in the larger cities of the Empire, so that you are protected by the Military. At this time the Grand Marshal of the Empire has control over all Military Orders of the Empire, and Levies of Lords, for if the Grand Marshal summons to combat such beasts his words shall not be denied.

At notice of this declaration, the council of the White Rose convenes, and settles upon a decision to up recruitment in order to fulfill the Emperor's wishes. All throughout the Empire, posters and flyers are stamped up, and town criers are handed announcements to read. In general, they appear in variations of this:

The Order of the White Rose, both a military and knightly order, seeks out able-bodied men willing to join the ranks of the highly disciplined, organized, and extremely loyal followers of the Emperor. No previous military experience is required, but it could prove as an advantage for you during footman training. Any knights currently not assigned to a chapter of the Red Dragon may seek to join the Rose. They will be evaluated martially, tactically, and ideologically before being given the oaths required to enter the White Rose at the rank of Knight.

To join, either send a missive ((PM)) to Captain Baldir Toov ((Myself)), Seneschal Velwyn Ashford ((Viscen)), or Lord Thomas Chivay ((Thomas Chivay)). Alternatively, you may seek out the White Rose as it's home, the fortress of Krak du Rhoswen on the isle of the Holy Lands.

The Rose holds sacred it's five tenets. Any recruit seeking to join will be required to comply to all five, as they form the basis of the White Rose's beliefs.

=The Order Tenets=

1. An Order Member must show complete loyalty to the Order and its ideals. Any member who shows disloyalty will receive a swift execution.

2. An Order Member may never take the life of another member. To do so will result in immediate execution.

3. An Order Member may never steal from another member. To do so will result in banishment from the Order, with all possessions stripped.

4. An Order Member must believe wholeheartedly in the true God, and his creation of Horen and the world. Lack of faith within an Order Member will result in banishment from the Order, with all possessions stripped.

5. An Order Member must never use God’s name in vain, or talk of God with ill intentions. To do so will result in banishment, with all possessions stripped.

Any man seeking to join the White Rose will undergo intense training after being issued the equipment of a footman. This training includes:

• Swordsmanship (Or other weapon proficiency)
  
• Tactical Instruction
  
• Discipline and Order
  
• Formation and Marching
  
• Proper Equipment Maintenance
  
• Tactics against evil Magic Users, Monsters, and other common enemies of the Rose.
  

At the bottom of the poster lies a sketched portrait of a knight, bearing the symbol of the White Rose on his chest, and looking towards the direction of the reader. He seems to be beckoning you to join.
