Someone could have placed yet another [certain item] into an item frame and crashed the server.

But otherwise, the cause is unknown.

Please do not make topics that alert the obviously offline server - It is being dealt with at the moment, and making two of the practically same topic in a matter of twenty four hours seems a tad bit silly. As it is either the same cause, or already being dealt with, as it was only a couple of hours ago that it was announced.
