I Think the bank could be Great! (( Only if we 'ave the plugin. ))

It would be a Minas Bank. My idea would be like every time ye store ye stuff, ye owner of tha' bank get 50 minas, or So.

(( But then we would 'ave tha' ask Availer or Vaquxine cause that plugin would be really good. ive seen such a plugin on bukkitlist i thought.. ))

(( They have said multiple times, they will add no such plugin. I made a bank already, made it for storing items and stuff, but no one even used it, even after I lowered prices, so that was a flop.))

The problem with the government is it has become just the High Council running everything, not just in Kal Urgan. As well the main reason I bring this up is because Outer Kal Urgan is more populated, than Kal Urgan itself. Xavier, Lukas, Skeayene, Gotrek, King, and all of ye are doing great with Outer Kal Urgan. But no one seems to be working for Kal Urgan. Back in the day Charles sort of ran it as Overseer, and Omithiel as well. The Overseer to Kal Urgan sort of keeps everything running well since the King has many other responsibilities. ((But yes once stats come out it will be a lot better)).

((We are reworking inner Kal'Urguan, already added something for the new classes update, working on a business district soon. Admins don't want to use their powers for us, so it is going to take a long time to hollow another hallway out again. The new housing district pushes people back closer to the city as well.

The problem with assigning people these high roles, such as Baron of Inner Kal'Urguan is for a couple reasons.

1. We cannot create new cities, so it might cause confusion with more barons.

2. It is hard to find people that actually want to keep their positions without abandoning/doing a terrible job at them.

Also, the High Council is supposed to run the kingdom, that's their job. We have taken input from people before, with public meetings where many people showed up, and gave their input, but really the important thing is waiting for the new update, which will bring many changes.))

I do not think a baron of Kal Urgan is necessary but an overseer. Yes it should be run by the council. But it is now only run by the council. And back in the day the best moments was carving Kal Urgan. ((Doing it yourself adds role play admins should not help)). Public projects seem to be when the dwarfs are at their best like the re construction of Outer Kal Urgan. Lets do that with Kal Urgan. Ideas a huge, and I mean HUGE tavern. With different types of ale. ((For when naming items comes out)). But remember my main idea was that adding a complex government will add more jobs. But I kinda like my tavern idea...

An overseer is basically a baron anyway.

You say it should be run by the council, and now it is only run by the council, I don't understand what you are trying to get at there.

((We already did it, just need it moved.

When you have so many people wanting to help out at once, and then actually helping out, it will lead to massive problems, such as Outer Kal'Urguan which is still messed up, even today, so when you get that many people from the public, spamming their own ideas, and then implementing them, it gets very difficult.

We tried that with Outer, and it didn't work and we ended up with re-adding a region just to stop people from randomly building.

We will probably need another 10 people again just to hollow out our new area as well.

Adding a complex government, creates complex problems, and an incoherent chain of command. Yes, we will need more positions soon, but not at the moment.))

Just a simple idea. Ten people would help.. A lot of dwarfs needing something to do.

There is nothing that we can personally do to boost jobs, besides trivial things, until the skill system comes out.

I would be perfectly fine with hollowing out a huge hallway, as sometimes I get bored. I also don't think you can screw up by mining out a hallway, so it would probably be a good job for many other people too.

We could have cleaners incase someone places a block when they shouldnt and then the cleaners are there to clean it up and fix the problem.

Also you can have redstone engineers for fixing redstone circuits or he can build piston doors or something like that.

You can use the books to write storys in so you can have a journalist so they write the newpaper out for Kal'Urguan, so you write it in a book, and they can keep the news updated.

You can have gardeners to grow wheat for shops and all, or grow sugar cane to make bookshelfs if theres a library gettin built.

Or they can get ingrediants for the cooks.

You could have cooks(like a cafetaria)were dwarfs can get something to eat

for dinner and breakfast and just for snacks.
