Omithiel 192 Share Posted February 21, 2013 *Omithiel sitting on his throne is in deep thought after the attack upon his kin during a feast. He calls over a guard to tell him to gather his kin for a important meeting. He waits for his fellow dwarves to arrive to the throne, and as he waits he is worrying of another problem in the new lands. The dwarves arrive and Omithiel sees there puzzled faces as they wait for what he has to say. Omithiel stands from his chair and speaks with a stern expression looking at his kin.* "Good.. ye all came. I wish to discuss ye ov somet'in' grave... Ever since t'e attack ov t'e spawn from K'orvad 'ad surprised us durin' t'e feast, t'eir 'as been a lingerin' s'adow over t'e mines. Our workers 'ave ceased to gat'er resources 'nd deaths 'ave been reported ever since. T'ere is somet'in' below our feet 'nd it wants us out. Well I'll tell ye t'is befer anyt'in' t'is evil s'all understand 'ow we respond to our kin bein' slain. T'is evil s'all face our mig't, 'nd we s'all remind K'orvad t'at t'e line ov Urguan is strong 'nd our followin' to Yemekar 'as made us great. K'orvad s'all see t'at it won't be easy to crush our bond with Yemekar, so beware K'orvad fer t'e dwarves. T'e dwarves be upon ye!" *He yells the last statement outloud, and he watches as his dwarves cheer with him. He holds out his hand to call for silence.* "Now, I need five warriors w'o wish to enter t'e deep, stand up 'nd ye s'all be known fer yer valor." Naffog unsheathes his longsword, driving it into a crack in the stone floor. He looks up to the King, speaking calmly* "Mi wizh tu venture into da minez, lat alreadeh knowz wub mi plan, come da new landz. Mi vill need tu know ull mi can, agh dis vill probableh teach mi much. Very guud fer mi... He steps forwards, mug of ale in hand and speaks sharply and loud "Ah'll venture int'e these 'ere caves wi' ye! Le's gu slay wa'ever be killin' our kin!" Baelian takes a long, hard swig from his mug of ale and stands awaiting the king's word. He then turns his head to Naffog, giving a hearty chuckle as he raises his mug of ale to him "T'e stone fluur 'as nae done any'fin t'e ye laddie.. Save yer blade fer wa'ever be lurkin' down thur."
