He may enter the city with the leader of the valve,

If Maith is ever seen in Kal'Alras he will be killed.

After the dwarves declared war on the human kingdom, the city of Kal'Alras is officially about to secede from the Dwarven Kingdom. We do not wish to assist in this war because the point behind it is pointless. ( A thief steals the dwarven king's iron and wasn't even sent by the human king so he marches up and demands to King Perea 1000 iron, 10 diamonds, and 10,000 Minas.) Future plans for the city include:

Civil way, are ye sure ye want that? Dwarven Kingdom could attack ye and take yer city back tae their Kingdom. And the war with Humans is over Ah heard.. Why don't ye just do it diplomatically? Vote for a new King, that fits more into yer tastes..

-An unpopular King may be removed by vote and replaced by a member of the High Council (also by vote) (voting parties include the High council and Barons of the kingdom)
