Since telekinisis is changing how much gravity effects and object would it be possible for it to amplify gravityx2+ inbeetween 2 point or decrease the amount gravitational pull .

 

Unfortunately, you cannot literally decrease the gravitational pull in an area with telekinesis, because you must target specific objects in order to cast your spells.

 

You can, however, exert an upward force on an object enough to nullify gravity, or exert a downward force on an object to make it feel heavier.

So could a High level Telekinetic Choke a group of people for example, a tier 5 Telekinetic and 5 others, could the telekinetic choke all of them, or just a few?

None. Telekinesis can not manipulate living things.

Nope. Movement, especially when inflicting it on a person, is very difficult. While throwing an armored guy back might not be viable, you can knock  them off their asses (at most) if you pull on the grieves.
