The Final Stone Is Set

Bardel Thorak begins his ascent from the icy depths of a cave in the bleak tundra. As he nears the light he slows, the light damages his sight, he walks slowly now so that he doesn't go blind. When his small body nears the entrance to the cave he opens his eyes and looks in front of his feet. The ice has been covered with wood floorboards.

 

He continues walking up the wood until he comes out in a room. He looks to his left and sees that nature has prevailed in half a wall down and freezing a corner of the building he stands in.  "Eargh." He lets out a gruff exhale as he climbs up to ground level. Turning and looking behind him he sees that the floor has collapsed where the glacier has destroyed the supports.

 

He turns to Jack who tries to explain but Bardel just nods and steps outside.

Bardel moves around the grand building eyes shining amber and a grin appearing on his face.

 

"Karimirr" he says even still unable to pronounce the word properly. "Teh new home of deh Dwurven Alchemeh guld." Jack rushes up to Bardel "I finished the roof Bardel and fitted the lamp but then the floor collapsed and the Glacier smashed the wall" Bardel puts out a hand to stop his blabbering. "Nuh its foine. It is how et shuld beh, Kardel will loike et."

 

He sits down and retrieves a bottle of Azgoth Ale from his bag and popes the cork off with his teeth, Laying back he begins to down the bottle. It has been a long few months.

((It was really nice to build this, because this is going be an entrance of the main guild for alchemists for the server, and I am glad I could be part of something that is 'official', best thing I ever build on a multiplayer server with someone!))
