Depends on what you mean by owner; but in the most literal sense of the word, I believe Tythus handles finances.

The staff is currently run by a Admin council. They "Own" the server I think. They vote on changes that they want.

There is currently no "Owner" or "Lead Developer" of Lord of the Craft, and the Administrative decisions are made by the Admin Team as a council rather than under any one sole leader. Legally, however, Tythus handles the finances and owns most of our websites and servers.
