Judgement Upon The Fallen

Large posters are posted on every notice board across the Dwarven Lands. 

 

With the recent declaration of War against the Dwarves by the anarchist group named the "Fallen". The Dwarven Goverment in accordance to the articles of Urguan have decided to pass judgement upon these heinous criminals.  In accordance to the Articles of Urguan they have been charged thusly for their hostile actions against the Kingdom of Urguan:

 

Let it be known for hence forth that every Fallen member is guilty of crimes of the first degree. Henceforth it is decreed that they shall be hunted like dogs.They shall be killed on the site by the officials of the Dwarven Kingdom. Any guard or ranking member of the Kingdom may use the Kingdoms authority and execute them. Including those who assist them. Naturally the Kingdom of Urguan is happy to pay for them alive or dead. Preferably dead. Here is a list of currently known Fallen. Anyone found collaborating with them shall be put down in this list.

  -  Kardel (This invidual has been found innocent.)

 

Any on this list may come plead to a Lord of their innocence. If they think there is an error.
