Im a bit sad to see the floating items one wont be making a return.  To me seeing all those items on the blocks gave cities a sense of activity, they gave an impression of having many more people in the place than there actually were.  Oh well, at least I can start making money again.

The shops will be a gold VIP perk (and up), as they normally are.

Since when was this? Iron VIP has always had the possibility to have shops. Just with the old one, Gold was allowed 2.

Clarification on what 6 shops means? Is that 6 chests that can have any number of items or 6 signs?

Well as gold VIP's are making the chest I would assume they would lock them, thus you would need a gm :D

After I click the chest then the sign it says You don't have permission to create this sign!
