Only thing that bears noting with this and all other proposed Alchemy changes is that, quite soon, a LOT of people are going to be unable to preform alchemy. The new plugin, as I understand it. essentially prevents it from being wide-spread.

Typo fixed. As for wide spread alchemy, that is not the problem. Those who have it now still have access to T5 healing, T7 shield evocation and T3 Fire. My goal is to fix that and make it a real 'equivalent exchange'.
