Flyers are handed around to men wearing the flayed man uniform by the Captain of the Flays and several other men, it bears the words... 

 

"By the will of Edmund Arryn, last sole officer of the bannermen of House Flay, I hereby declare the disbandment of our forces, as the House we were meant to protect left us in search off the fleet of Horen of the old Empire and the White Rose. You Flays are to hand in your uniform to the man handing out these papers, but at the exception of your earned bandannas, I would not rip our pride apart by taking the distinguished face wear that we have worked hard for. Also, all Flays are also ordered to choose two options, either fall in with the Kingdom of Savoie, or become whatever else you want to be, I release you of your oaths, so you are allowed to leave if you wish. But, I highly encourage you to stay together, and at least choose to form a new military under the Kingdom of Savoie, to start from scratch and become infamous as the Flays of Old. As for me, I've grown lazy, and I'm retiring in the island of Valence, contact me there at my house if I am absolutely needed. Remember the words, Blood for Coin and never forget August Flay.
