A Tournament Interrupted

As many of our readers know there was an Anthos Tournament, hosted by the Dominion of Krugmar in Gronkkston. There were many fights held and a general fun time was had, many Dwarves, Orcs, Humans, and Elves took victories in the tournament. Suddenly though, the wall next to the arena shattered and forces from the north stormed in, with greater numbers than ever seen before. The battle went on for many hours with the Northern Menace summoning new and never before seen creations.

After the battle was concluded, the tournament goers came out of the battle with many dead and wounded, but still happy to have one. The Orcish City was damaged and parts of the wall destroyed. The biggest blow was perhaps the loss of ‘Kingy Gronkk’ the orcish figurehead and a major player in their government. A big question after all of this is will the Orcs be able to recover in time for the battles next year?

Terrorism in Luminaire

Dead bodies, ashes, and heads have been scattered all over Luminaire by a mysterious group. This form of terrorism has surely damaged the reputation of their guard force and military even further. It seems this terrorist group is able to kill and harass elven citizens with no lashback. Will the Elven populace be able to handle and control these terrorist attacks? Perhaps this is a test, we will see soon.

A Dwarven Moving Day

It seems the construction on Storm’s Crossing has been finished and it has been released as Kal’Ithrun, the new Dwarven City. The new city is considerably smaller than Kal’Azgoth and far more condensed. Merchants have already swarmed in and started setting up their shops for what many will hope to be a prospering city of trade. Now that the city has been completed, residents have reported that they have been seeing far more activity from their own race and report that the city is populated unlike the previous desert city of Kal’Azgoth. The only question that remains is what will happen to the old city of Kal’Azgoth?

War Sweeps Across Anthos

Many claims from various nations have been made and countless battles have already taken place. To begin, the Aytosian society was defeated in battle by the Dwarven Legion and was evicted from their lands. After this battle it is reported that the Wolvenguard and Telemar both staked out land within Dwarven territory. It seems Telemar only used that claim as it’s first step, as they have staked a claim on pieces of Orcish and Oren land. War was also dclared on Adunia, Telemar, Malinor, and countless other nations as the Orcs gear up for what seems to be another ‘Waagh’. To counter this, separate groups have organized raids to happen on Gronkkston at the same time as the Waagh. To wrap this up, a group of orcs and Humans have declared war on Adunia.

Tensions Arise

It seems that tensions are rising between the Orcish-Dwarven alliance and the High Elven City. It seems these tensions have sparked from several elven instigators as well as reports of the High Elves possessing an ancient Dwarven Relic and using it to train Elves in a secret Dwarven art. Will open warfare break out between these three powerful nations? Fore, if it does then it will surely become another World War, with the High Elves dragging Malinor and the Arcane Delvers in, and the Dwarven Orcish Alliance dragging in the Kha and Oren. Whatever happens, the Steamer will keep you updated.

"Red"

rubs his hands together...

"We will get on that paper." He sends word to the criminal underworld of Oren to ready their heist gear.

Beneton reads the paper, chuckling at the fact that 'steamer' is another word for poop.

Art groans at this.

"Bloody writer. Why the **** would we help the inbred goldheads?"

Ellsia cannot wait for the day she gets to be able to throw rocks and tar at the high elves. And then drop a match on the floor. With the high elves tied up in the middle of town.
