We are not man. We are not Elf. We are not dwarf, nor Orc. We are the broken, the lost. We are the scarred. It has been too long since the cities have ever been safe. It has been longer since slavery and extortion never existed, and harmony spread through what was once a great world. Now, it shall never go back into the eternal tar pit of desperation from which it was born. However, we can replace it. We can replace it with our code. We are not of lawmen. We are the ones who understand that for evil to be suppressed, Evil must be controlled by a neutral party, of which intentions are shared, and our harts are black with the same evil that we are sworn to remove.

We are The Scarred.,And we shall not be Stopped.

 

The Militia of the Scarred: The Evil Against Evil.

The Scarred are a group of Men and women who are devoted to vanquishing the evils that they commit themselves. "Fight Fire with fire, and blood with blood," they say, and it is as true as it seems.  The Militia has only two ranks : The Eclipse and the Shadows, along with pupils. The Eclipse, the ruler, runs the entire militia, organizing them and using his funds along with the labor of his men to assist the guild. The Shadows are the footmen, those who cannot presume power over their comrades. The Pupils are taught the art of torture and killing, along with other methods. ((Essentially for players without VAS))Punishment for doing so is mild torture for a single day.

 

MOTIVES:

 

The objective of the Militia is to be a sort of executioner to those who have their hearts filled with greed and blood-lust. They hold themselves as torturers, slavers, and assassins of those who would do those things for personal benefit. Commonly we may steal, and bide our time to punish those who we find guilty of the actions of criminals. A shade may wait a day after watching a man kill someone, then attack when he is alone. Although we may steal for the benefit of the guild, that is the farthest any man may go for our guild.

 

LAWS OF THE GUILD

  • Only after proof of a crime is found against a criminal, may be be tortured/killed.
  • Robbing must never End in death, especially with innocents.
  • Those who kill innocents are expelled and tortured to insanity.
  • 20 % of profits from thieving and raiding may be given to the guild.
  • Each Shade has access to the armory and a single pet of their own, as long as the user of the weaponry is rational enough to take one set an elven day.
  • Iron must be supplied to a minimum of 20 iron a day. Mining expeditions may be any day, and it is mandatory to join in if present at the moment.
