"Black Dragon boulevard, for any road leading to any palace or town center."

Well, the checkpoint guarding the road from Salvus Multicultural Utopia was the Thersist Checkpoint IIRC, but yeah, the crossroads in that immediate area were the Thersist Crossing, I'm pretty sure.
