The Great Mongol Khan 1110 Share Posted October 29, 2013 Huron Silverblade stands on a mountain in the horizon looking down to the place he once called home. A face of strong emotion is portrayed on his face as he turns his attention to the old Silverblade manor. He turns away from his home and begins his descent from the mountain, the clanking of his armor echoing throughout the mountains. The letter is sent to the King Otto of Oren. It holds the seal of the Silverblade. If one were to break the seal and glance at the letter, they would find the following writing. Your majesty, It pains me to write this to you but with these current circumstances it seems I have no choice. I sit and listen as you speak of the destruction of my family’s manor which they defended the lands that you now reign over from said manor along with aiding the Carrions in the war against the Teutonic Order back in the reign of House Horen. The Silverblades were the original crafters of the lands of Furnestock back in Asulon and we ruled over it with grace and glory up until the exodus of the old nobles of The Holy Oren Empire, in these lands we now call Anthos. The roots of my family run the deepest out of all other noble families. We were the original formers of the Kingdom of Renatus and have influenced history in ways that are unimaginable. By denying me of the rights to these lands are the same as denying the Carrions their right to rule. The Silverblades supported the Carrions in the times of which Raev was their only occupied land, and now you deny my family the ability to rebuild itself. All these come as the greatest insult to me and is not appreciated. The Silverblades have poured their heart and souls into the lands of Furnestock and now I cannot be at peace in my true home and nor will my offspring based on your decision. We will not tolerate this and hold a blood claim to the lands of Furnestock. Great hope is put into you to make the right decision. -Huron Silverblade ((#FFF2013))

He finishes his loaf and walks out of the tavern, returning to finish up the Silverblades Bannerman Training after a short break."

3andD 1722 Share Posted October 29, 2013 "Such Magnus that you demand something that yet deserve? Your family allied with the flay to remove house Horen, yet again you think to go against divine carrion? Regardless of such fact, the man Huron demands something he yet deserves. Can he field a cohort of bannermen? Even more so I than a baron of sort could? Such is the way of useless nobility, feeling as it entitled to lands and titles they yet deserve."

It's very likely such a letter would be passed on to some of the King's Advisors whom Aiim very well may be.))

The Great Mongol Khan 1110 Author Share Posted October 29, 2013 Tuv while on vacation thinks about how the Black Scourge destroyed the Silverblade manor in one of their attacks. He then thinks about how he and his little brother exiled all the old noble houses of Oren, and how there were no Silverblades even left around then, the Silverblade Keep and Furnestock being reclaimed by the crown. Tuv sips a margarita and then continues to think that if the Silverblades did indeed make a return, and produced legitimate evidence of his blood-claim and heritage from Uthor, perhaps in such a way that the Crown realized the Silverblade family still existed and proved they had subjects with which to produce goods and field bannerman for the Kingdom, then the Silverblades could probably be recognized once again as nobles and land-holders. Tuv shrugs, then goes back tending to his beach of minas. Verus's mind races as he is happy that Silverblade is a Lord but was told to be confined to a house in Abresi, where they recommended Silverblade to station 8 bannermen in a small apartment. Cracker 4570 Share Posted October 30, 2013 The Imperial Divinity, Emperor of the Dominion of Men, examines the letter with scrutiny before replying. "To a particular Huron Silverblade, Your argument was rather sound. I had planned on bestowing you the title "Count of Furnestock" as befits your blood and rank, despite the Silverblade's pungent history post-Uthor's exodus, after some discussion of a potentially revitalized House Silverblade. Up until you began to murder the denizens of my country's capital, revolt against its rulers, and violate the laws of its regulated authority. No vassal of mine shall run into my land and spill it with blood in order to claim a contested title. If you found trouble with my grandson, you should have spoken with me instead of sullying his rule with bloodshed and violence. Quarreling with a mere boy has brought you and your petty sworn swords to madness it seems. The charges counted against you and your house are as follows - High Treason - Aiding criminals and fugitives against Abresian law - Murder and Assault of the Abresian Guard - Conspiracy against a boy King If you see fit, you may come to the Oren Courts to dispute the stains you have inflicted upon your history. But until then, I, with the rightful powers invested through the judgement of the Creator and His Worldly Legion, dub you as a wanted criminal within the Dominion of Man, and your house exiled of its nobility. The bounties shall come for you and your banner's men for justice against your crimes, and House Silverblade shall be a house cursed in the eyes of both God and Men for their wicked crimes against humanity."
