Sharing his invention with Albarosan Clergymen & Hyspian aristocrats, it seemed to be a hit - everyone (primarily Pelagius) was hooked, & so they decided to capitalize on the fine beverage.. Thus, the St. Robert Tequilla, dubbed by Fr. Pablo’s patron Saint (or, San Roberto) institution was founded in the year of 1803. MAKING A GLASS Brewing a bottle of St. Robert Tequilla is both tenuous & simple, firstly: one must find a Chacao plantation, found in dry areas of southern Alamarisa - most of which are most often then not located in Sutica, Osanora, or Cartagena. The sugar would then be fermentented, placed in an oven that would begin a cooking process, converting its inner sugar into fructose & glucose. The then distilled sugar is fermented again to a greater extent & more sizzling heats to cleanse it of any harmful material. The cleansed sugar & liquids deriving from the Chacao’s piña is put into a container for aging, preferably an oaken barrel, made with Hyspian pine & white oak, complementing the specific structure a ripe piña is made of. After relatively twelve Saint’s months following the aging period, the liquid is jetted into an assembling vessel, blended with water to adjust it’s seasoned tint. Finally, the processed Tequilla is poured into a glass, often accompanied by a lemon or lime alongside with some salt for extra refined taste. Thus said, I myself - Cardinal Pelagius, under my jurisdiction as Vice-Chancellor of the Canonist Church, & Prince-Archbishop of Albarosa, am to crown Francisco Altimirano as the King of the White Hyspians. An Albarosan Cleric seen writing a Letter to the newly elected Pontiff.
