Another of the Acal'Turrii, lost to the world in mindless trance, stumbled upon the missive. A subtle guilt swept over the aging elfess, a hand raising to adjust her glasses in thought. Perhaps she will brave the trek there, perhaps she may not. Only time and resources may tell. But she wishes all the love she can give to those of her family.

Two souls would gladly greet the other of who they held dear- both of reddish hair and a kind heart- no matter where their lives had taken them. Aiyeis would not be truly alone in death- not if both Ambrosine, and Meredith, could help it. Elsewhere, the daughter of Aiyeis in spirit and not by blood would never truly know her mother was completely gone for the second time... but in her heart she always wept for someone she loved, even if the other didn't feel the same adoration she so harbored. Every lesson, every story, would be kept close to the chest- no matter if it was manipulation, or speculation...

(I did not- in fact- throttle her-) A sickly 'thill of an Acal'Turrii smiles at the missive she helped her cousin create. Resting with plenty of soup for herself as she attempts to find rest.

One of the cousin's of the young Acal'Turrii would look upon the missive- a bit apprehensive of another possible war starting. Yet it was veiled behind a thinly placed smile to appease the young Acal'Turrii's excitement.

"I had hoped for peace or a way out for those of Celia'nor, I suppose this is as much as my hopes are going to be answered. I hope those scattered find a home worth calling theirs. That's all I can really say." Ac'Sullii, who was raised in those walls once called Celia'nor, utters in both bitter and fond memory. "Haelun, I hope this provided you solace in turn... wherever you are in the afterlife." With such words uttered, she goes back to writing in her journal.

From the Ivory Crown: THE INDIGNITY OF CELIA'NOR
CaffeinatedCrow replied to Nectorist's topic in Princedom of Cauróst
An Elven woman, having been raised in what she once thought was blessed Starland, gives a heavy sigh as she reads upon the missive. A sort of melancholy nestled within her weak heart for a place she once called home. But too many times has she saw corruption in the beauty, and the struggle of her Talonii to strive to gain any recognition. "My family is better now in the hands of Cauróst, than it ever was in Celia'nor. I only hope those I once called friend who reside in such lands find peace... or an escape." With such words spoken to none but herself, she would set the missive down and tend to her Mother's and Brother's graves. -
Treaty of the Silent Vale | Pétrine-Caurósi
CaffeinatedCrow replied to Apricette's topic in Defensive Pacts
"May this treaty prove fruitful for both sides." Ac'Sullii Acal'Turrii comments as she reads the news over, a gentle smile to her lips before she tends to a painting of hers. -

The concept is awesome! Also beautifully written! +1 -
Ac'Sullii, once a magi but no more, just reads the missive with a rather blank expression- a huff escaping her lips as she just leaves the missive be and goes about her days; not feeling like a weak twig anymore.

The Iussus Discipulus | The Library of the Disciples
CaffeinatedCrow replied to __Hergh's topic in Princedom of Cauróst
Ac'Sullii smiles at the missive, excited to what may lay in store for the library that she has helped minorly. A wonderful thing to wake up to, she seems to think. -

A proud Ac'Sullii looks upon the missive with utmost pride for her cousin, a smile to her face as she contemplates if she might have any books to donate from her personal stash. -
Ac'Sullii looks upon the missive in reasonable worry, a soft breath escaping her lips as she prays for those of her family that travel are keeping safe. She makes note to leave the missive rested on a table for those of family to see.

An in-law to the Wicks reads upon the missive in near horror- the sickly woman finding both disgust and sorrow for her part family. "How could they trial those who had no part to play in such things? I hope my in-laws are alright.. and Luthia too.." She questions to herself quietly, giving a deep sigh as she sets aside the missive and tries to drink some broth to soothe her sickly frame.

Ac'Sullii would remain at home, the adopted daughter of Aiyeis moving to begin the preparations for the funeral of the deceased. Her face expressing deep melancholy as tired eyes gazed over her mother's body; the daughter moving to begin writing letters to those that she knew would care, and maybe even attend, the proceedings.

!!WARNING FOR MENTIONS OF BLOOD AND GORE AHEAD!! "These crosses all over my body," There were many times the Adunian imagined how she would die… "Remind me of who I used to be..." Living in the shadows of her past of a failed community… The shadow of her Sister she had long craved to be free from… That heavy cross that hung around her neck… "And Christ forgive these bones I'm hiding..." She had thought she finally got out… Having a kid… Redith Lorcán Horisp Getting a fiance… Roylan Ser Grant Making new friends… Gaining new Family... Aiyeis Acal'Turrii "From no one successfully..." But magic was never a gift… Not when it was dark in origin… It was a trade- and in the end The price had to be paid… ‘Shink! A spike sliced open her throat, a very real sense of fear going through her- just like when an arrow from the past had struck her trapezius. Though only this time, she could feel her life slipping as she fell to her knees- the sands below her staining in deep crimson. It was almost like drowning again… that feeling of burning in one’s throat as water invaded their lungs and nose- but only this time… it was thicker- her own essence spilling past armored fingers as the sound of her sword slipping through her fingers was barely heard. Pain… Panic- Oh how it filled her very being like a sickness. Her Genus she used now flooding her lips, her lungs, her heart straining to keep on beating! Mismatched violet eyes stare at the missive, and for a moment- they didn't process what this truly meant. Still riding off of the joy she had started to feel once again from last elven day. However, it soon slowly clicked for the young mali, and a deep bruising feeling started to arise deep in her chest. Ears angling downward as inside of the mali she wasn't sure whether this was a true goodbye or not. Though she inhaled a breath and softly uttered in a way to feel some form of hope for herself, "I'm.. I'm sure we'll meet again- this isn't a.. a forever goodbye. Yeah, just a... retreat?...." Even she wasn't sure if she believed in her own words. But even then she knew she lost someone she was never scared to tell when she was hurt- at least, perhaps only for a time?

Young eyes gaze at a missive, a pain in the chest starting to arise, and a lump in the throat constricting any words from escaping. Pale hands started to shake as shuddering breaths took hold. Those mismatched eyes shedding tears now as the young Acal'Turrii would just rest on the floor of her room- that was once for two- and curl her legs close to herself. "You promised we'd talk again..."
-
"Well- That's a pleasant surprise!" A young mali says with a smile to her face, "I'm sure lari’maronn is pretty pleased, let's hope this truce stays this way."

Mismatched eyes looked at the finished missive, and while the young Acal'Turrii may have signed it- she gives a heavy sigh as she awaits with baited breath for her introverted self to be potentially sent birds from strangers. "Please let this not be a disaster for myself..." She hopes under her breath. -
One golden hue gazes upon the missive, a soft breath exhaled as marked fingers take hold of one of the many pages. "May the children of blessed upbringings seek their strength... and perhaps a peace.." With such said, did the accursed woman turn away and be on with her journey through Aevos.

One remaining gold eye would be left staring into a bucket after cleaning what had been left behind. A disfigured head all that was left behind for her whilst the other was brought elsewhere. The wood had been burned, the chain tucked elsewhere, and the blood cleaned away. 'How much blood will be spilt?' The woman questioned, 'Perhaps a lake-full', a voice would answer in the crevices of her mind, a strange nervous squeaking heard after. Though with that, the disfigured head would be taken outside, the maggots and crawlers free to dig in as flesh and blood became one with dirt and stone. The skull, in time, free to be seen. Time may only tell what becomes of the masses...
