Despite being a vassal leader in Krugmar for about a month and a half now, I still have no idea what these people are saying half the time. I am a simple man, I pay my taxes through money earned with semi-legal means, and then I praise the Son of Coin. 

me when ppl say orcs dont have an identity or freedom then say they have too much identity and freedom, then say there are not enough shamans, but there are actually too many shamans. 

Orc culture is very niche and due to the way LOTC orcs have been structured, it is very difficult for new orc cultures/religions/social norms. 

It is tough when the lore of spirits is "We hate everything that doesn't benefit us", it confines orcs and if someone tries to be unique, they are outcasted/labeled a whitewash.

While there is surely some great variation within orcs and clans offer diff avenues of RP, it is all within  these bounds of a single ideology. All culture variations are still within this "orc culture".

Now... this is perhaps not a  bad thing, but it means that unless you enjoy this flavor of orc rp, you will prob not enjoy orcs.
