  4. An orkish diplomat, presenting the terms of peace to the Elysian leader TO THE KINGDOM OF ELYSIUM, upon this day your people are offered a great mercy on behalf of the Horde of the Iron Uzg. For a time, your people have been endlessly slaughtered, your city has been burned, destroyed, pillaged. Your sun wells have been obliterated and your people cower in fear. However, the race of Orc’s knows mercy, and so the following is offered upon your government and your people. I. The Kingdom of Elysium will hereby be declared as a vassal of the Iron Uzg II. All war crimes and actions committed by Elysium leadership and military will be nullified upon the union of the two nations. III. As a vassal of the Iron Uzg, the Kingdom of Elysium will hereby be protected at from foreign enemies who seek to encroach upon it, placing the Kingdom of Elysium under the Uzg’s protection. IV. The Kingdom of Elysium shall retain all proceedings, processes, and rulership as they deem fit, with the supervision of the Council of the Goths. V. All hostile activities between one another will immediately stop. VI. All wars between Paladins, Mages, and Likewise Enemies will be fought between one another. The governmental bodies of the Iron Uzg and the Kingdom of Elysium will not intervene in such conflicts to preserve peace between the Uzg and its vassals. VII. Should the lands of either Elysium or Uzg be attacked, both forces will be required to aid in the defense of the land beneath the Horde’s banners. VIII. Teaching of the one true Path will resume as soon as Elysium will join the Horde, as they did before the war. Shrines will be placed in the city and around it, to protect it and bless it. IX. The people of Elysium will have the freedom to continue worshipping their deities, such as Kanon, spirit of worship, for Cannonism. X. Should any of these terms be broken, a joint discussion between leaderships of the respective governments will further make amends and justice will be served. XI. Failure to make amends to broken agreements will end to the further slaughter of your people, only if proven no action to come from the Government of Elysium with respect given to time allowing to do so. You have two cactus days to respond with a public decision, a decision that will save your people and your lands from being claimed through the wrath of Krug himself. You are outnumbered, out armored, and your forces dwindle each day. Save yourselves from this, accept our terms of vassalization and allow yourselves to prosper under our arms of protection. Should you decline, you can not say that we have shown you mercy. We offer you an escape from further slaughter, choose wisely. Rex Ar-Borok of clan Akaal
  5. pretty epic, accept this at the same time as shama constructs and it would be even better +1
  6. The Rex wondered who the zkah these people were and why they wanted to enter his war. He shrugged and waited for them to come to the Iron’Uzg and present themselves.
  7. Ar-Borok grabbed his ceremonial knife, bringing it to his forehead. There, he slowly made a cut, letting the darkened blood flow into his open eyes. « We peep lat, Dom’Lûk. Blezzed be latz voyage to Ztarguzh’Ztroh. We peep lat, bruddah. » As the blood mixed with tears of joy, the Rex let out a guttural roar, to prepare Krug for the arrival of a new warrior in the ancestral realm.
  8. The Rex smiles, for the day was won once more. The first siege of Elysium was won. The Horde rose in a tidal wave of Blood, washing over the sins of the Elysians. Those who learned how to swim survived, the rest drowned. The Plan was in motion.
  9. The burned uruk stared at the walls of Elysium for the last time, for after today, only ashes would remain of this symbol of tyranny. « Peep at uz, Heartbeat. We bring flamez agh blood. We bring freedom and peace. Blezzed be thiz day, for tonight, we either feazt in Ztarguzh’Ztroh or we liberate the city! » Then the Rex spoke in the old tongue, demanding for the spirits to witness their victory. « Izù hôn lât! Baduzg ghaazh grîzh! Baduzg matûm! Grîzh hûl, grîzh hôn! »
  10. The Rex grinned as he saw the chests filled with books arriving to the orkish capital. "Thiz will be hozh." He commented as he started to fill the library. The Horde grows...
  11. Welp, yall didn't look at the hidden comment I placed before eh. Common guys, nub metagame : D

(Thurs/Mon): yub Do you have any rare goods to bring to the caravan?: **** yea
  14. The Rex shows the missive to the proud Elysians who saw through the lies of their leaders, and who now live free and safe in the Iron’Uzg. « Thiz iz what they zhow you every day? » He asked in a broken common tongue. « They talk to you like they are da good guyz, twizting da truth. » The Rex continued as he spoke to those gathered. « When we zaved Plume from da guardz of Elyzium trying to kill him, when we brought him to zee da zpiritz, he waz happey. When the mercenariez from Blackvale were zent to take him back home, they left az they realized he waz zafe. They blah of peace, when all they offered uz iz war. They killed our bruddahz, olog, uruk, goblin and honorariez alike. Even children, az the honor of the toxic leaderzhip of Elyzium will alwayz ztep zo low. » The tall uruk then rolled the missive into a ball and motionned to the free Elysians who managed to leave the abusive leadership. « Now go back to your city, zpread the word that we will not kill the opprezzed people of Elyzium, we will only punizh thoze who zeak to do them harm. Leika Nub’Handz and Eugeo the coward who hide in hiz tower. Go now and zhow them truth. » And with that, the Rex hoped that the free people of Elysium would act to save their friends and family from the toxic, racist and abusive leadership that Elysium was stuck with for years. The same leadership that drove people out of their community for treating them badly.
  15. "Leave the sinking ship, leave Elysium before you drown." The Rex commented as he played with Leika's hands, like a child with his playmobil
  16. Oren fought their warclaim on easter. We tried to find a way to negociate the time and date for all communities to have their chance and 3 pm est on a Sunday is perfect for that. It is sad for the people who sre not able to come, but it is what it is, they’ll come to the siege on april 30 or may 1. This conversation has been going on for way too long and I should have placed my foot down when you tried to stall for more time but eh it is what it is. This will be my last comment. See you on the battlefield on Sunday april 24th 3 pm est.
  17. The Rex nodded as he looked at the paper published by his Dominus "Ah Ceaze'fire huh? Elyzium needz it. We hope ah lot of dem come to uz for refuge, to ztep in da Light."
  18. We accept your apologies and trust it will not happen again. As for accusations (???) on DrunkFailure, they were words exchanged and we kept our side of the bargain, not recruiting any allies to fight. If you wish to remove that custom rule we made, It’s your choice and I honestly don’t see how it would benefits Elysium. As I said before, we are confortable with only mercs. It would be better in terms of lag for the warclaim on the 24th, because as I said, that is the date that was selected for the warclaim. Now, the nice admin person will decide for us, because you clearly don’t comprehend the fact that in 2 weeks everyone will be in finals and we don’t want this first warclaim to take 3 weeks. You had a 1 week notice, which is what is required, we attack, we choose the warclaim date. We tried to make it better for you, thinking of ways for most your community to participate to the first warclaim, but I felt like talking to a brick wall. If some of your guys and girls can’t come to the first warclaim, don’t worry, they can have some clicks in the nexts. You are free to choose the starting time of the warclaim, be it either 3 pm est or 4 pm est (on the 24th of april of course).
  19. As Mr Admin said, the warclaim is planned for april 24th at 3 pm est. Prolonging the skirmish until the 30th and 1st creates conflicts for my player base. If the war would proceed to a siege, the siege would reach the time of finals when no orcs would be able to play. We have made it clear we are willing to adjust the start time (within reason) to meet your request. You accepted. We have made it clear that next weekend will not work for a skirmish. You refused because it's not what YOU want. We proposed a shift to the 23rd which doesn't work for a lot of the orcish playerbase. You refused because it doesn't work for YOU, not your playerbase. We have tried to be flexible. You refuse to compromise and want everything your way. Yes, wars are grounded on mutual respect. Something you refuse to show the orcish playerbase. We brought up alternatives, you shot them down and just stated what YOU want again. Also, I would like confirmation if the request messaged privately to me by Drunkfailure is actually something you wish for a rule for this warclaim of : no allies, only mercenaries. Or am I just being lied to even more? The orcish playerbase is not a group of trolls, we are members of LOTC and want to be treated with respect. Something you refuse to show us OOC'ly. TLDR: Warclaim is planned for 24th at 4 PM EST. If you need the start time adjusted. We can discuss this. Anything else, offer something in exchange. Have a good day! Papa
  20. The warclaim was set for april 24th at 3 pm est. We are the ones attacking so it would not make any sense if we waited two years after declaring war to actually attack irply. This weekend was also chosen because we think of the majority of lotc players who will soon enter finals, as I stated multiple times. The choice you have is not between this weekend or the one after, it is between Saturday the 23th or Sunday the 24th. Even thought of putting it one hour later to accomodate the nation being attacked. The warclaim will be april 24th 3 pm est with the possibility of doing it the day before, if it suits better moderation who will oversee it. I think we will need moderation to select the date as Elysium won’t be flexible. Tldr : Skirmish will be on the 24th, siege will be on the first day of may.
  21. We can do this coming Saturday, the 23th at either 3 pm or 4 pm. If this does not work, Elysium can forfeit the skirmish and we can skip directly to the siege on the 30th. We made sure to give a one week notice so that the warclaim could take place the next weekend, not loosing anytime due to finals arriving soon. We’ll also add the custom proposal that mercenaries on both sides, should not add any cost to the warclaim, as the time we now chose (Saturday april 23th 3/4 pm est) doesn’t work for a lot of orcs.
  22. I accept the proposal of 4 pm est. I will not be present on the 24th, just like a few person in our leadership, this is why you have other people that you trust in the community. Warclaim april 24th at 4 pm est is acceptable.
  23. Many orcs are reaching finals season in the upcoming weeks. The longer we delay this skirmish, the longer the war is prolonged, and more conflicts will occur because of this. The warclaim will be next weekend because if not, it will have to be in three weeks, because of the Oren warclaim on the 30th, don’t think mods want to do 2 warclaims the same day/weekend. 5 pm is still terrible for the GMT community and EST community, which could span hours depending on how the skirmish goes. If they are any delays like previous warclaims, we would be looking at a 6 pm est start time or close to midnight for gmt. We wished to give the community over a one week notice, which is why this warclaim was posted on Friday. We understand your concerns but a majority of lotc is est and gmt. Even our own players from near Oceania are not interested in this time. I will stay with april 24th at 3 pm est, with the possibility of moving it to 2 pm est or 4 pm est.
  24. Âzhûrz âzûrk The First Slaughter. [!] A missive is sent by goblin messengers to all the great cities of Almaris. Elysium, weak, it's leadership corrupted, rampant with racism. The Horde of the Iron'Uzg, guided by the might of the spirits, fighting for what is right. Last cactus day, a small warband of the Horde of the Iron'Uzg, composed of 1500 orcs and 800 of their mercenaries marched to the city of Elysium, to battle against them, to clash swords against axes, shields against the big fat fist of an olog as it crashes down on you. Instead, the Horde enterred the city, the square and tavern empty, all the fighters hiding inside their keep, A surprise for the small warband who came for an honorable fight. The Horde expected better after they saw with how much haste the small warband of Elysians who sat on the walls of their own city, waiting for hours while the orcs held their yearly meeting in San'Velku. For this slaughter, the small warband had to search in every house and every corner of the city, to fight the cowards. The Horde departed, leaving hundreds of bodies behind, while none of their own was injured. Some captives where brought back to San'Velku, Leika De Astrea amongst them. For her crimes against the descendants of Krug, her hands were taken and her body cursed by Kinul, spirit of Disease. The rest of the captives were left alive, showing the mercy of Ar-Borok "The Brown" of clan Akaal, Rex of the Iron'Uzg, for the poor citizens of Elysium did not cause this war, nor did they choose it. LEADERSHIP OF ELYSIUM You brought this slaughter upon yourself, the blood of your citizens are on your hands. The siege of the Heart of racism will not end until you rid the city of these criminals. How many of your citizens will die like cattle before you realise your error? You know our terms, you know how to stop this war. Choose peace. [!] A very nice drawing of the mighty Rex is attached to the missive, two voidal mages captured at his feet. A note written under it "These left San'Velku, alive. Remember this, citizens of the cursed city."
