Annette sat upon the stairs of her home, sorting through the various missives that were left at her door. One in particular earned an exhale, before promptly being set aside. "How Balian's gem has grown," she hummed. "I wish her well."
Navier was born in 1741 into quite a large family, consisting of three brothers, two sisters, their cousin, and grandparents. With so many under a single roof, attention and rations were at a constant divide. Children often bickered over who had more, not enough, or how they had grown tired of bread and carrots. Being the second youngest of the children and a slight pushover with her siblings, Navier grew to be possessive over all she owned, especially meals. She snapped when asked to share and swatted at the hands of her family when they'd reach for just a bite. Over the years, as she grew older, the elfess began to long for more, believing that this was not the life to live. In 1771, on The Grand Harvest, Navier left in the evening without a proper goodbye, claiming she'd return before dawn. Much to the disappointment and dismay of her family, they never heard or saw from her again, and now only wonder what became of their youngest daughter. On her own and without proper guidance, Navier has found herself wandering the paths of Sutica, searching for trade of her minimal goods and a better work.
