I have noticed that everyone seems to hate the crafting times and restrictive professions... except the dwarves. If you have a job, it takes most of your time, I feel that the times are not that bad, you get faster as you get higher level.

I think tinkering needs to be reworked, the only way to really level it up is grinding redstone torches - I've made 15 stacks and I've just reached fair tinker. :I

The initial promise was that the professions plugin would not restrict or detract, only add. I'd like to see the original vision of the plugin come to light. Permit everything vanilla to be craftable by everybody, but allow the point penalty for crafting objects outside of your chosen and practiced classes to remain. Add custom items instead of restricting the vanilla ones.
