from what the picture shows, its literally a 1x deep wall meaning it was probably put in to remove the floating effect of the city. the camp itself will most likely receive WE or Voxel help to fix the terrain and make it more natural again. stop bitching about an unfinished city, give your criticism when its done like a normal person
