I've quite a substantial amount of free time during the day, and if given the position, I can definitely dedicate a hefty amount to the position. ((Why, as a player, do you wish to join the lower council?)): Because RP for me has become slightly stale, and I'd like a new experience to further my RP portfolio. I believe education should be the prime focus of any nation. If selected I will make it my mission to make sure that every student receives the knowledge and skills they require to be a productive citizen. Might I suggest something in my personal beliefs? Why can't there be a god, and the bible just be completely untrue. Just because there is a god doesn't mean there has to be a book with first hand accounts on it. Now, I'm personally Agnostic and I believe there is a higher power, but not some vengeful god that wants to punish you if you tell a lie or forgive you for murder if you tell a priest. Why couldn't this higher power have set evolution into place? There's no reason why not.
