      Basically, that Cavity was an implemented device responsible for the maintenance of the server. You getting it removed has caused the evolutionary downfall of LoTC as we know it. Without the C.A.V.T.I, we do not have our data transfer network. Combined Alternative Vector Transmission Interception devices are a key to all servers.
