      Disregarding destructive force, cannons could put on an equal level of power like ballistas and catapults for wars and everything. It would solve that issue, if cannons really Need to be reintrodced. Muskets would be a useable item for the fun in battles, giving additional aspects to it, if done properly, not to replace the classic bow and sword (and axe, warhammer, etc.)

      Keep in mind a musket is a VERY advanced early firearm. We wouldn't start with it. We'd start with something super simple like a hand cannon. going from nothing to a musket is like going from Ford Fiestas to Ferraris.
