how is it in anyway fair to force someone to admit their alleged wrongdoing before interacting with them at all so that they can even view the evidence which proves that they did indeed do it, let alone even try to argue why they didnt do something
its incredibly backwards and beyond unfair

Oh, I see what you mean. Well, here they are. I understand you may disagree with them… but why? They seem pretty universally reasonable.

As with communism, they are fine on paper but when put into function and into people’s hands it no longer works. I don’t disagree with the community guidelines as they are written beyond thinking they are just a pointless re-iteration of the rules but rather how they are used or have been used in the past if it has changed.
