Best bloody job ever...I work at the fanciest japanese steak and seafood restaurant ever, called Wabora, like...the people who go there leave $20-50 tips. I'm not a waiter, I yam dishwasher, but it doesn't matter. At the end, when it all closes...everyone of the workers gets to eat any sushi rolls that weren't ordered, and any food that wasn't ordered (like soups, made in bulk). I love this...

I'd agree with Uthor. A trophy from battle should not require a VA as long as they're dead.
And to Joshua, she /was/ dead. She was stabbed multiple times in the chest. If you feel someone can survive that, please explain how?
I'd say as long as their death was from a provoked battle and as long as they're dead then you can take a small trophy without a VA.

This above offense involved me. I was climbing on the rooftops. He simply shouted at the guards, and then suddenly appeared on the rooftop, where he proceeded to shoot and kill me with a single arrow. My friend was with me, and later on we returned to the scene to see how he could have possibly gotten up, onto the roofs, without using his Admin abilities, because we did not want to accuse him without valid proof. When we found no possible way, I sent screenshots of the incident, and myself and my friends testimony to Native and Robin. I have screenshots, but I don't know if I'm allowed to even post them. Hell, I don't know if I'm allowed to post what I'm saying here. But I want all of you to know that, for that accusation, I did have proof. [EDIT] I don't think there is a reason to -1 this post..

I wasn't aware of anything along these lines happening. Granted, I have been away for a few months, but we have never used a teamspeak channel, so as to keep metagamers from spying on us. On that note, I don't recall ever planning a raid with the guild, and I even if referring to us as metagamers is true (and I'm not saying it is, because we despise metagaming, and people who metagame us), we still didn't deserve the other things he said about us. -

The only reason I got remotely involved in this is because of various comments Respiren made about the dark brotherhood in the google document chat, which, if you look at the much more mature second document, can be read at the bottom. Unprovoked, he called us Skype trolls and metagamers, and continued to belittle and insult us, which is ridiculous, because we did nothing to deserve such bashing. Personally, I don't care that Bannana got his VA revoked. Sure, he was a friend of mine, but he was regularly immature, and I'm not the only DB member who thinks it was a good idea we kicked him out. On another note, I really do recommend that you read the newer google doc Robin, even if just to read the chat logs at the bottom (which, for the sake of your sanity, was cut down to when Respiren joined as Anonymous 106, and then ended when he left). It really does hurt when you're getting bashed by a GM solely because he is making inaccurate accusations of your guild, your friends. -
