Hence they grow old beardless and their young men are without comeliness, because a face furrowed by the sword spoils by its scars the natural beauty of a beard. The Azghari do not settle and farm, they are hunters and gatherers - fast moving horsemen that stay for only short times in a single place. Every member is expected to sustain themselves by their own tools, hunting game and slaying prey to feed them. Slavery is accepted by the Azghari, and a man is judged on how many slaves he has taken. For those who are taken in bondage, freedom can only be earned by hard coin or valour shown in the Warband’s service - freeing them to fight as any other rider. For the wealth that is gathered in battle, every man receives an equal portion - the Warband knows no boundaries to brotherhood. The faith of the Azghari is revolved around the deity of ‘Od Tengri’, the unknowable one who knows everything. He is the judge of good and bad, Tengri can bless a person richly, but can also utterly destroy those whom he deems unfit. His actions cannot be predicted. His ways, difficult to know. There exist many other spirits or 'aenguls' besides Tengri. These spirits are diverse. They can be good or bad or of mixed temperament. They can be gods residing in the upper heavenly world, wandering evil spirits from the underworld, spirits of the land, water, stars and planets or spirits of the ancestors. They can be in charge of certain tribes or of certain nations. Under Tengri these spirits all have some limited influence, but it is nearly impossible for normal people to contact them. Only the High Priest of Od Tengri can contact them. Unless Od Tengri contacts them himself. There is no 'one true religion'. Humanity has not reached full enlightenment. Nonetheless Tengri will not leave the guilty unpunished and the virtuous unrewarded. Those upright in spirit and righteous in thought are acceptable to Tengri, even if they followed different religions. Tengri has given different paths for man. I was joking because its ugly. But in lotc we dont have enough good builders who could make "smart" builds in styles like that. And where are you even getting this dark bloody grim building? wtf are you even talking about dude. Maybe the darkevles have something dark but I honestly don't know what the **** you're talking about. High elves have what they always have, that's fine. Felsen is based on byzantine(which I personally didn't like but it's what Maly wanted. But how anything dark or edgy? Wood elves have their forests, we have our medieval builds because we prefer it that way. If you actually had the people to build and fill things like that go ahead. But I think your floating tower and high elven cities are enough. But I honestly don't understand what the **** you're talking about when you say "dark edgy crap". Event builds might be but they should be since most of them are housed by evil characters. But still there is very little dark and edgy places. The reason there isn't much of the High fantasy CRAP isn't because some dark crap "standard" it's because few people prefer your high fantasy crap. It's the fact that you're trying to tell everyone they should build your high fantasy ****, but everyone isn't a mage or a 100000 yrs old wizard. The majority doesn't get involved with those things other than in events.

I despise people who build big ass **** things that most of the times don't end up looking that good. By the way most of those builds are made by large teams of builders with a lot of experience, like the Dreadfort(second pic) by Westeroscraft. I love to build MM but I also love the style they have in westeroscraft. However their big scale is often way too big for lotc. Some places are cool like the Dreadfort could fit in, but mayor places like King's landing is 10 times the size of our Felsen. Lotc isn't some ******* Disney world alright. If I say anything as dumb as the 1st, 3rd, 4th, 6th and 7th pics I'd just raise an army to **** with them. Lotc doesn't have the builders for things like that. This thread ruined my day, it would be a nightmare. Don't you ever get bored of your magic bullshit? You've been doing it since the beginning! I agree it would be cool to have a map with super amazing builds of large scale, BUT IT WOULD SUCK on lotc and it wouldn't make any sense to random ass giant princess castles and flying fortresses everywhere because it's "pretty".
