@Raphael Payne Its easier said than done but the best way I can describe it is, as an example of my own issues. "friend hasn't texted me back for some time today" -> Anxious thoughts ensue regarding friendship -> Pause, think about why they wouldn't text back, i.e., busy, may not have seen it, etc. Text again or continue waiting and move on with life instead of allowing it to get worse. Rationalization is key to a healthier mind ?
