    What if there was a player-based organization occupied by the nonstaff and/or lower staff of the community that followed the goals of providing lore that the community itself could vote for and support depending on their polled and collected opinions, before being shipped to the actual lore forum itself for reviewal?

      sounds silly, all players are already able to make lore, you are talking of a group of people who write lore like ordinary people. there's no "what if" you can make it happen. If you mean to give them some sort of power then you'd be a Lm.
