      removing individual nation leaders for "metaplay" (yesterday it was 'poor villain rp,' tomorrow it will be something else) is stupid - you can read the past 13 years of tearful ban appeals to see exactly how much that accomplished. ban one guy, his best buddy takes over, eventually enough of his friends join moderation and unban him

       

      you have to remove whole nations & create situations where ppl are forced to actually roleplay
