I used to think that way too, until I wanted to take apart some of the older tools I used with OOC, and had no idea how some of C behind it worked. It's like building a house out of bricks, yes you can buy the bricks premade with no need to learn how to actually make bricks. Until the day when there are no bricks for sale.

I can code in C. I can code in Assembly. I'm fairly certain I know how the things work. That said, Object Oriented is <3

Pfft, Python's the way to go. So is Squeak. Having literally everything be an object in a language with minimal basic syntax makes for a ridiculously fun and flexible language.
