      THE TOOLS DON'T WORK BECAUSE OF MY MOUSE WHEEL. KEEPS GLITCHING >.<

      Anyway, I've "managed" to just about finish the skin I've been working on.

      For me I needed to download the actual skin file, the one which looks like you cut out your kin into a piece of paper flat,and then set it as my skin. The apply button for novaskin does not work for me though...
