A Victim's Take On Villainy - Some Suggestions

Great guide! I totally agree with all of your points here, killing should be the last resort when it comes to villainy. I would much rather leave heated situations alive but with injuries. That would personally give me fear of that person allowing extended roleplay and new stories grow straight out of the scruff with said villain. -
With this Mechanical Standard deal would it be acceptable to have a talking hat? or would I have to go through an Lm with some lore? - Just asking to save a Lm from another Msg.
