It seems like a horrible thing to suggest, but after tomorrow has passed I respectfully suggest that the 9/11 Rememberence thread be locked and taken down from the front page. I understand the need for Rememberence, I really do... but this has opened an unexpected can of worms.
I am really disappointed that people would think that a thread meant for honoring the dead would be an appropriate place to argue politics and semantics.
