I'd love to delve further into this, as I've heard the sentiment from a number of players, and to me it just sounds like another "I hate pineapple on pizza" comment, so let's ask a few questions to try and determine what the route cause is, here's two easy questions. Is it because of the HD-Nature of the skin? Or because there's shaped models on the minecraft blocky body? In the case of #1, HD-Models have always existed. MPM (More-Player-Models) was commonly used since the dawn of the server. In the case of #2, Mods in the MC scene have added existing 3D models to the game, does that make them 'Roblox'-y? I'd love where this opinion stems from so we can sort out a route cause to attempt to make time more enjoyable.

The big problem here is that Magic Rp'ers have to work for their magic, they have to make forum posts and work hard to master and ascertain the magic in the first place, when someone yells "Pvp Default" it takes all that work, all that hard earned work and shoves it into a bag before drowning it in a river like a bunch of dumb puppies. Sorry that this plugin was so difficult for you, but it honestly sounds like you just need to tighten your belt and power through it. Antags in previous maps have had access to destructive fire magic that I first-hand witnessed blowing up an entire Adunian wall that I had fortified myself, and it didnt lag the server. Listen to the community. Stop with this "We know better" parenthood attitude. It's unfitting. This is a community of Role-players. We have rights and opinions and we will express them. Most of your lore and history is made by the very community you're moving to oppress. You gave us a blank slate on a new seed allowing us to write history, to make lore and to expand on this blank canvas you placed in front of us. This is a community server, it always has been. If you fail to see this, then there's no hope.

A large- ungainly creature standing roughly 8ft stares at the sign, his breath fogging in the winter air.. a red-what once must have been a cloak now torn in rags and acting as a cowl covering his head. He lets out a low grumble and moves on his way.

A robed figure moves through a library, his robes fluttering in the wind as the opened door allows passage, his sapphire blue robes seem to gleam brightly, albeit the moon did not shine on this night. Electricity pulsed from this creature- his blue eyes glowing brightly in the darkness of the enclosed space, his long pale fingers tracing over one book at a time before being stopped by the book half-protruding from the shelf, he sneers at it's integrity to get in his way as he had been looking.. and then notices that it bares no name. The High-Elf slides it's finger up the length of the spine of the book and tugs it down by the cover- ever so gently so it falls into his awaiting hand- being grasped tightly. The creature walks through the rest of the library, the book opened in his right hand while he wipes away the dust on the shelves with his left. A sneer curls upon the lips of the High-Elven mage as his voice ecohs into the darkness. "Interesting.."

After reading this guide extensively and re-reading it. I find this guide to be rather well thought-out and well placed. I believe that if we do revert back into a society where we can roleplay combat freely without the fear of Pvp we should look towards this guide in terms of loosing.
