KOTOR or Battlefront 2?

That entirely depends on what kind of game you want to play. You really can't compare them.
KotOR (at least the first one) is the best Star Wars RPG, period. The second one was also good in my opinion, but that /is/ my opinion.
Battlefront 2 on the other hand is a fairly generic (but fun) Star Wars based shooter, which was both better and worse than the first one.
