Ahhh... That'd be kind of hard to track... Not to mention people would not listen to it.
You'd probebly have to have some complicated pluggin.. Some sort of way to regulate it... so on, so forth... Even if this idea was implemented, it'd be crafting restrictions. (Not saying it's a bad idea ;) )
