    Am I the only one who believes OOC intervention IS needed for Elven roleplay to remain enjoyable for everyone, and not just the war-enjoying people...?

      Yes and no. As long as elves actually act like elves I'm happy. It'd be nice if we could do elfy things in elfy-land without war interfering, at least for a while, but you kind of have to roll with the punches. You can still RP like elves in war.

      Yes, and while 'deal with it in rp' is a very adored term in Oren, I simply find it frustrating. And therefore not very motivated to roleplay with Oren, and hence, as much as I try to disconnect myself I believe the quality of roleplay will suffer, at least in my case, and probably others.

      React to it in RP is probably a better way of saying, but I agree that that's become an annoying response. What I'm mostly saying is that you can still play whatever type of character you want, and play with characters who are similar, no matter what's going on around them. So while, yes, I'd prefer not to have to RP war again for a while after that last one, I don't think it's to the point where OOC steps need to be taken yet.

      Well Artimec, I hate to burst your bubble but there would still be differences in time. Hence this flat piece of land would spin, causing fluxations of indirect and direct rays of sunlight which would make time seem different in different areas still *Is a smart ass*
