Every day there’s an influx of land charters from noble houses of humans that want their own land, groups of people that want to create towns and nations, etc. Its unrealistic to think that every charter is going to be populated throughout its lifetime.

@dogbewIm not ignoring the problems of LotC, and Skylez’s situation is ******* nuts, but you’re either daft or don’t look around. Servers like massivecraft and other RP servers DO have this problem. The issue with LotC is that we have a staff team that doesn’t take things like this seriously. Other servers don’t have issues like this out in the open.

@Areln If you got offended by this then my apologies I suppose. I do tend to keep things IC when it comes to IC problems. However this was not an insult to Mystery OOCly or meant to be an attack on him OOCly. Though I do find it quite hard to differentiate the two when his IC name is the same as his OOC minecraft username. I dislike his actions, and criticizing them while playing along with a joke is not a horrific thing. Its a joke. Clearly none of this was serious.

@MangoArt I’m not saying this to start a fight with you, but just because you’re a descendant race does not mean that you deserve a nation for said race. You need the activity to have it, and around 6-7 orcs isn’t a very active nation.

This is why I can’t take your position in the admin team seriously. You show people a letter that’s supposed to show how much you care and how little you want to be corporate, when it shows the opposite. You’re then asked to prove to us how wrong we are by showing how much you do and what it means when you say you manage 120 staff members, but instead of doing that you just go ahead and dodge the question. You’ve done nothing during this conversation, you still show how disconnected you are with the server, its players, and its issues.

Also @dogbew thanks for contributing to the conversation. You’re doing a fantastic job. See anyone can be sarcastic. It fixes nothing. I don’t have to put myself up to be a chairmen to criticize Telanir. 

@Telanir I’m incapable of feeling sorry for you if you feel like I’m attacking you when I’m asking for you to be more transparent. You’ve given me a letter from you to the staff that honestly if I was reading this I would disregard it entirely. Nothing about that letter feels like you actually cared about what you were writing. You wrote it as if you were their boss in a corporate environment. None of that letter feels genuine in any way and feels like a robot wrote it in seconds. You’re dodging my questions and saying I’m antagonizing you in a bad light when I haven’t personally attacked you, or made any remarks to you. I’m simply asking for you to say your responsibilities for managing such a large staff and how that takes so much time away from others problems on the server that you’re supposed to be helping.

@Whiplash I’m sure that happened and I’m not going to sit here and say that your experience is invalid, however I am going to point out that he’ll respond to the one person that applied to be a director for ET, but not to the others who constantly DM him with problems with HIS STAFF that HE MANAGES. Also I love how Telanir placed into the post that it was 120 staff members in total. Here’s an idea, remove the useless ones that aren’t doing what they’re told and aren’t active anymore. I already have a massive list of the ET team members who don’t even get on.

@Telanir Sorry to say, but yes I’m still very much going to call you out of touch. You say in this post that your time is locked to managing staff? What exactly do you do with managing staff that takes up so much time?

Seriously its time for you and others to be more transparent. You treat this server like its corporate and that’s far from what it should be. Tell us specifically what your responsibilities are and what it means to “manage over 120 staff members”.

So not only are you a professional at mental gymnastics you’re also illiterate! Thats not me having someone else do the work. I’d use their pex and work with them to actually get something done. Because its kind of hard to make player ran events when we have no LC anymore, we have no access to any of the tools ETs have, etc. If you call them having to do the work of helping me by bring out an event by using their pex. Literally that would be the only part of the event that I actually need an ET for. But you know I’m the selfish ******* right Luv? Making them plan the event, make the event story and consequences, make them build the area for me in a private server and then forcing them to LC it all in. That would be taking credit for something that isn’t mine.
