  1. A random, interesting fact about the Stone Road: When travelling towards Petrus, most, if not all, of the people roleplaying in settlements along the road are to the left side of it.

Didn't really think of it, but yeah.

(Might be due to the fact there are no decent plots on the right side)

      Exactly what I thought.

I think it's mostly because all of the races settlements are on the right side..

  2. I don't really think it's fair to attack another piece of lore just to try and make yours seem more legitimate, sorry. But anyway, to me, Shades are an interesting thing because they can provide very great conflict role-play - Even if it is not actual violent conflict. Yes, they may be unneeded in some people's opinion, but the same could be said for many things on this server.
  3. If I remember correctly, I've heard that NekoDanie had a character related to dragons or something, but anyway. This lore is actually quite interesting, though I don't understand why it has to be related to dragons. You could probably roleplay the exact same thing you have here if you remove the part about dragons,.And as Charoodler said, you could even use the Dwarven curse help make it more authentic. The use of the word Dragonkin is also a bit cliche to be honest, I'm sure you can find another word or something to express the same idea too.
  4. I don't see why not, I haven't seen Porkour in months personally. My only concern is I'd rather it wasn't more of a novelty character, though if you can play it as your main for the next long while, go ahead if you get permission.
  5. Finally, I can speak once more.

  7. I love this idea, it's worth giving it a shot. But might I suggest a few things? (Keep in mind I have never participated in a war other than being on the defence of an occasional raid.) 1. Could SupremacyOps' or Lago's (I forget who was the first one to suggest it) rules regarding instant acceptance of war-claims if the enemy raids their territory after the posting of the war claim be added. Apologies if that is already the case. 2. Might I suggest the removal of the following article, as I suspect it may be a bit more open for abuse than others. I feel it will have to be further defined to actually prevent loopholes, probably making it better to remove.
  8. (Very outdated) Andria Ith'ael Nicknames: The Hermit Age: 182 (Born on the 9th of The First Seed 1318) Gender: Female Race: High Elf Status: Alive and well. Description Height: 6’3 Weight: Average Body Type: Slender Eyes: Aquatic Green Hair: Golden Blonde Skin: Pale with a golden tint. Markings/Tattoos: Andria has a scar on her right shoulder from a stab wound. She also has a scar on her neck and upper forehead from a blade. Health: Andria is very healthy at the present. Personality: Andria Ith’ael is a very observant person, often examining her surroundings and/or the people around her. She will remain silent from time to time, but will not hesitate to make her thoughts and opinions known should the time arise. While she thinks of all races as inferior to High Elves, she is inclined to trust Humans (and Kharajyr) very often, due to their past actions by her kind. She finds it difficult to talk with Orcs, but this rarely shows. If faced between a debate between a High Elf and a member of another race, she will be inclined to support the High Elf. However events during the time she refers to as the tribulation this has since lessened. She acts very motherly from time to time, often caring for or mentoring children that are not her own or even not a High Elf. Killing and torture are both things which Andria dislikes, though she refuses to admit the existence of the latter in any form. This often conflicts with her beliefs of following the maehr’sae hiylun’ehya literally, though she will claim that she will torture someone in the name of maehr’sae hiylun’ehya. She will do almost anything to protect her close friends, even if it means lying or giving in. Andria dislikes the taste of wine, seeming to think that is too sour of a beveridge for her liking. Nonetheless, on special occasions she will still drink it. She generally likes most food, except for mushrooms, which she often had to endure when it was made as a soup by her parents in her early life. Her favourite type of tea is strong green tea without milk. Inventory: Andria often carries a simple steel rapier on her side, especially when out of her home. She also carries a quill and a small ink pot for when she needs to write letters. Further Details: None. Life Style Alignment*: Lawful Neutral Deity*: None. Religion: Andria does not necessarily believe in any sort of religion, as she feels that they will restrict her enlightenment. Instead she holds the saying ‘maehr’sae hiylun’ehya’ as a doctrine of how to go about her life. She also feels that there may be other similar doctrines of the same value regarding other aspects of life, such as compassion. Alliance/Nation/Home: Haelun’or Job/Class: Initiate of the Evarir'thilln Title(s): None. Profession(s): Meta-physician, Cook. Special Skill(s): Andria will not back down from a debate, unless both parties reach an agreement. She can be quite dedicated to a task if she puts her whole mind to it. She also has dabbled in many arts. Flaw(s): Andria is physically weak, preferring to do tasks which require speed or can be done in smaller loads, such as farming. She almost always refuses to kill or torture anyone, seeing no point in ending life herself. Her mind can tend to wander from time to time, but on the other hand she can be quite stubborn. Magic* Current Status: Silenced Arch-type: N/A Sub-Type: N/A Rank: N/A Weakness(es): N/A Strength(s): N/A Current Spell(s): N/A Weaponry Fighting Style: Andria has no defined fighting style, due to inexperience in combat. This leads her to often be chaotic and unpredictable as she tries an assortment of moves in an attempt to harm the opponent. Her favourite move is to try and directly stab her opponent, however this is often an ineffective tactic. Trained Weapon[s]: Andria is not trained in any weapons. Despite this, she will attempt to use any light weight weapon at her disposal if required. Favored Weapon: Andria prefers the use of a rapier or a simple short-sword; the latter is often used in the battle while the former is used elsewhere. If need be she will also gladly use a bow. Archery: Andria is a terrible shot, almost seeming to not be able to hit anything even at point-blank range, Biography Parents: Vyllir Fi’talareh and Vicira Tennallar Siblings: Annyerir Fi’talareh Husband: Janos Ith'ael Children: Luna Ith'ael Extended Family: Unknown Pet(s): None at this time History Early Life (1318-1462) New beginnings (1462-1475) The Tribulation (1475-1484) The Return (1484-1493) The Retribution (1493+) Artwork
  9. While I do appreciate your enthusiasm for such an event, I feel that it may need to be toned down a slight bit. The idea of having a new race is interesting, but it'd not be allowed to be played as a new race unless it is event team only.It may also be a good idea to start on smaller event proposals. However, do not be discouraged. The idea of having an event inside a pyramid with an ancient race could provide some fun role-play. I would just suggest you develop it a bit more; perhaps making it less of the main antagonist as the 4.0 main antagonist is already under development to my knowledge and instead making it more of a side antagonist. If you have questions, I'm sure some event team member or myself will be able to answer. And remember, do not get discouraged from posting ideas like this.
  10. To my knowledge, the following program allows you to copy books from the server to text files and vice versa. Which could be easier to use. http://www.minecraftforum.net/forums/mapping-and-modding/minecraft-tools/1263700-revise-edit-signed-books-w-more-options-all-os-1-6

  13. I don't mind if there are creatures like this, but I believe a few things should be considered first. Perhaps instead of having Centaurs and the like, perhaps we could try something more unique instead.
  14. Devon Overland, while travelling between Vekaro and the Cloud Refuge, would spot the note. Upon closer inspection he would then scribble a basic, poorly written reply on a small piece of paper. The piece of paper would read as follows: "Hail Lotharie Faolain, I am Devon Hunter Overland, acting organiser of The Emerald Company. I regret to inform ye that Aemyn is currently away for the time being. I believe I could get ye in contact with him, but it be unlikely as our company is currently on hiatus."
