Or people can RP well themselves and let antagonism happen through RP rather than requiring the admins/LT to do it themselves? I get what you mean, Sandking, but what stops you from just going out there and giving people RP? You don't need a special plugin to spur character development.

Eh, staff antagonists are usually shitty. People've been enjoying my undead stuff thus far from what I've witnessed, though I usually let my screamers run around freely so I'm sure someone somewhere has gotten pissed.

The only thing stopping that is NLs refuse to cooperate and the playerbase doesn't play well together. I'd like to see it done (and is why I'm trying to organize some 10v10ish skirmishes) and am trying to get my jewish claws into someone who is willing to cooperate, but it's tough.

@Narthok Bless, God knows the GM team is stocked full of barrelscrapers. Things'd probably be much less toxic if people just decided to cooperate and do things in a manner everyone could enjoy. Maybe NL's will stop being petty some day and agree to work together to give their screamers something entertaining to do. 

Not having OOCly backed nations? If people can't keep their nation alive, the rest of the server shouldn't feel required to support them. I don't think taking away nation status if it's a week or two is a good idea, but when it's a group like the Fenn (never had an active city for more than a month at a time) it's redundant to keep giving them special privileges. Just go ANCAP, let active ones declare war and clean up the map for the rest of us.

You can just freebuild yourself a nation at this point, smh. I don't get the need for protectionism when it comes to them.
